Few operators publish a price: $100 for a VIP ride at Visit Shell Island and $130 on Viator, while Adventures at Sea puts the average at around $90. FUNPCB, the one operator that publishes weight limits, gives 50 to 450 lb depending on the wind.

Only some operators publish prices and cancellation terms, and none publishes the time in the air; ask when you book. The one hour that Viator and FUNPCB give is the whole boat trip. Before you pay, ask about flight length, height, how many dips, and what happens if the wind is too strong.

Adventures at Sea
Adventures at Sea says its parasailing is provided by its partner Paradise Watersports, a separate company (see the FUNPCB card). It doesn't publish a fixed price; its page says the average price is "around 90.00". Its general policy offers refunds on request but doesn't name parasailing.
FUNPCB / Paradise Watersports
Single, tandem or triple flights; the captain decides by weight and conditions. Safety briefing and life jacket included. You're lifted off the back of the boat and set down on it again; tell the captain if you want to stay dry. Packages from $85 per person (2 miles, 2 dips) to $105 (4 miles, 3 dips); a $75 early-bird tandem flight at 9 am.
Weight limits are the operators' own. FUNPCB gives 50 to 450 lb, depending on the wind and the captain, and a minimum of 6 years or 50 lb. It doesn't make clear whether the weight is per person or for everyone flying together. Under-18s need a guardian's signature, and pregnant women can't come on board, not even to watch. If you want to fly together or bring a young child, give the operator each flyer's age and weight before you pay.
Florida law bans commercial parasailing when the sustained wind is over 20 mph, gusts are over 25 mph or 15 mph above the sustained wind, rain or heavy fog cuts visibility below half a mile, or a known lightning storm comes within 7 miles. The operator must check the current and forecast weather and log it before every trip. Below these limits, the captain still decides: FUNPCB says the captain has the final say on wind and weather. Ask the operator what happens if the flight is canceled for weather, especially if you book on Viator, where the listing can't be refunded.
