Golf in Panama City Beach

You can book an 18-hole round without a membership at three Panama City Beach courses: Signal Hill, Bay Point's Nicklaus course on the Grand Lagoon and Legacy Golf Club. Only Signal Hill publishes its green fees: $45 walking or $55 with a cart for 18 holes before 1 pm this winter. For a quick round, Legacy has a nine-hole par-3 course with no tee times.

Shark's Tooth (Greg Norman, 18 holes), Camp Creek (Tom Fazio, 18 holes) and The Third (opened in 2025) belong to the Watersound Club and are not open to the public. The club's FAQ gives golf access to its Lifestyle Members, and renting a member's home doesn't give you access. The Camp Creek Inn says its hotel guests and members' invited guests can also play. Green and cart fees for inn guests are $295 per golfer, per round. The inn's PlayMore Golf Package lists two rounds per reservation, not per guest, with a two-night minimum; you book tee times with the golf shop before you arrive.

Hombre Golf Club closed for good after Hurricane Michael in 2018, local station WJHG reported; its old website now shows a golf-gear blog unrelated to the club.
