Our take

Who it suits

It's a long way from Pier Park but close to St. Andrews State Park, where the Shell Island shuttle leaves. Owners rent their units through the condominium's own booking site. The unit page we read asks for a renter aged 25 or older, and pets can't come.

  • You want to walk to Pier Park; it's a 6.6-mile drive
