Who it suits

Panhandle Getaways rents six units here and runs the Expedia listing. Their unit pages let you rent from 21, younger than at the other condos we list. Their general policy still asks for 25+ when the group isn't a family.

Good for

Skip if

  • You're bringing a pet
  • You want to walk to Pier Park every day; it's about 30 minutes each way
  • Your group isn't a family, someone is under 25, and you'd rather not ask the manager first
